relaxing vibewalking pathshady spothighway noise
This location is so close to the airport. the lagoon location created a relaxing vibe. the walking path featured lots of wildlife. the gym was cool. The pool area has shady spots!
the highway noise was continuous at night. plane noise was minimal, though. it was a minor disturbance overall.

I saw that the hotel offers good food! there's transportation to various places. the cafe had croissants and cinnamon rolls in the lobby. That was nice to see.

the shuttle service was reliable. the staff helped a lot by printing luggage tags and boarding passes. i liked the bourbon and soda he made at the bar. the esprit de corps was amazing.
the room temperature fluctuates a lot. i turned the heat on to 76, but it dropped to 67.

the breakfast buffet offers much choice with complimentary eggs on request. the restaurant remains open late. it allowed to dine after arriving from the airport. there are few other food options on the menu.

the personal is available. staff are helpful and provides shuttle services to locations. yasbel delivered me to the hotel, and he provided tips on the best times to travel. the staff printed my luggage tags.

rooms are large, and i find them comfortable. the bed was most comfortable. the view on the lagoon is a plus. the rooms feature lencería and towels in good condition.

hector provided excellent check-in service! he even arranged my shuttle. i LOVED the 12th-floor room! the front desk staff was very accommodating when i arrived early with my daughter in a wheelchair, and they let us check in early, a HUGE relief.
The drawers were so unaligned that they would not close. I jammed my finger trying to close one!
